Preserving
the history of Independence, Ohio, since 1966

We’re a group of lifelong and new residents, young and old, committed to preserving and sharing the rich, unique history of the city of Independence. From daily life to contributions during wartime, we seek to capture and bring to life the people and places located in the Heart of Cuyahoga County. Because of Covid-19 restrictions, we’re limiting our public activities and using this time to restructure the organization. We’re actively seeking new members to help with these efforts. Everyone is welcome!
